In November 2006, Costa Rica Global Concierge Services became a reality. After some years and strong planification, the founder Rebecca Demes (Bolanos), who was providing concierge services not only to family and friends, but to companies and clients throughout the country; started the company. Costa Rica Global Concierge Services, is the first concierge service provider in the country, providing services to nationals and foreigners, and also to organizations. We are also a proud helper of Amistad Foundation, for the betterment of Costa Rican people. For every service that you pay, we donate $1 to the foundation.
Rebecca Demes (Bolanos) founded Costa Rica Global Concierge Services with a primary goal: to provide the very best in concierge services with an exceptional commitment to customer service excellence. Prior to starting the company Rebecca's background was shared between brokering at his husband's Real Estate agency, and developing a Spanish and Volunteer organization with this brother. Brokering real estate deals honed her customer services skills and ability to manage projects and connect with the right people to get things done. With the Spanish Institute she developed her abilities to help clients manage their lives more efficiently providing excellent services to each one, managing staff and volunteers and communicating with different people, each one with their own specific needs.
